Store Agreement
1. Overview These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Fable of Don website, online store, and any related services (collectively, the “Site”). The Site is operated by Fable of Don, an artist-led fine art studio based in Georgia, USA (“Fable of Don,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, purchasing artwork or related products, or interacting with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Policies and Artworks
2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to make purchases. By using the Site, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. 3. Artwork, Products, and Availability 3.1 Original Works and Releases: Fable of Don offers original artworks and limited releases. We describe each Work accurately, but screen displays may vary. 3.2 Availability: All Works are subject to availability. 3.3 Pricing: Prices are in USD and subject to change without notice. 4. Orders and Payment 4.1 Placing an Order: Orders are offers to purchase subject to our discretion. 4.2 Payment: Processed through third-party providers. 4.3 Taxes: You are responsible for all applicable taxes and duties. 5. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss 5.1 Shipping: Handled per our Shipping Policy. 5.2 Risk of Loss: Passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. 5.3 International Shipments: You are responsible for customs duties.

Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds 6.1 General Policy: All sales are generally final. 6.2 Damaged Items: Contact us immediately with photos. 6.3 Cancellations: Case-by-case basis before shipping. 7.
