Shipping Policy
At Fable of Don, each artwork is handled with care, intention, and respect for the world it comes from. Whether an original work, limited release, or special edition object, every piece is prepared to ensure it arrives safely and professionally.
Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment has been confirmed. Please allow time for the artwork to be carefully reviewed, packaged, and prepared for shipment. Processing times may vary depending on the size, medium, framing, and packaging needs of the work. Original artworks and larger pieces may require additional preparation time to ensure safe delivery.
Shipping Timeline
Shipping timelines vary based on the artwork, destination, and selected shipping method. Once your order has been prepared and shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.Please note that shipping estimates are not guarantees. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Packaging
All artwork is packaged with care using protective materials appropriate for the size and medium of the piece. Original works may be shipped flat, crated, or otherwise secured depending on what is safest for the artwork. The goal is to protect the integrity of the work from the studio to its final destination.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs may vary depending on the artwork’s size, weight, destination, insurance requirements, and packaging needs. For some original works, shipping may be calculated separately after purchase or included in a final invoice. If additional shipping coordination is needed, you will be contacted before the work is shipped.
Domestic Shipping
Fable of Don currently ships within the United States. Domestic shipping options may vary depending on the size and value of the artwork. High-value or fragile works may require insured shipping, signature confirmation, or specialized handling.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available upon request. Collectors outside of the United States should contact Fable of Don before purchasing to confirm shipping availability, cost, and requirements. International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, VAT, or additional charges required by their country. These fees are not included in the artwork price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.
Insurance
Original artworks and high-value pieces may be shipped with insurance. Insurance helps protect the shipment while in transit, but claims are subject to the carrier’s policies and documentation requirements. If a package arrives damaged, please keep all packaging materials and contact Fable of Don immediately with photos of the package, damage, and artwork.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact Fable of Don as soon as possible. Include your order details, photographs of the damage, and images of the packaging. If a shipment is lost in transit, Fable of Don will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue. Resolution timelines may vary depending on the carrier. Fable of Don is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery. For this reason, signature confirmation may be required for certain shipments.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate at checkout or during invoice confirmation. Fable of Don is not responsible for delays, returns, or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the buyer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.
Local Pickup or Delivery
Local pickup or delivery may be available for select works by arrangement. If this option is available, details will be coordinated directly after purchase or inquiry.
